Applications for the Afrimat Engineering Bursaries 2024 have begun. Afrimat is offering bursaries to prospective students who want to enter the following fields of study in 2024; Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Metallurgical Engineering.
Afrimat Limited is a mining company and provider of construction materials and industrial minerals to the construction, infrastructure, building, and civil markets in South Africa. This article will provide you with the requirements for the bursary, the documents to be submitted, and how to apply.
Afrimat Bursary Requirements
- Must be in Matric (Grade 12) in 2023.
- Must have a minimum average of 70% in Maths and Science on Grade 11 final report.
- Must be from the Northern Cape.
- Must have a valid South African ID.
- The bursaries are applicable to Grade 12 students intending on studying one (1) of the three (3) above-mentioned fields.
- The candidate must provide proof of provisional acceptance received at any of the accredited South African Universities.
- Should the candidate be provisionally selected for this bursary and not meet the required average, they will then forfeit the bursary.
