The management of Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) created a student portal. On this website, students of the institution can log in and perform several academic tasks like course registration, checking transcripts, fee payments, online application, checking application status, checking exam results, acceptance fee payment, checking semester timetable and academic calendar, extra credit hours, Deferment of admission, etc.
If you are a student of MUT and want to either log into your student portal or sign up for an account as a new student, this article is here to help you, as long as you have a phone, tablet or computer with access to the internet.
How to Access the MUT Student Portal
Students can use their 9-digit Student Number and 5-digit PIN to access the Mangosuthu University of Technology Student Portal. Here’s how you can do that:
- Visit mut.ac.za
- Navigate to the student portal on the navigation tab
- Click “ienabler”
- Enter your 9-digit student number
- Enter your PIN and click the “login” button
If you have forgotten any of these login details, there are buttons below the login form that can help you rectify those issues. If you are a new student, then you probably don’t have a PIN, so you have to :
- Input your student number,
- Leave the PIN section empty
- Click the ‘Request a PIN’ button below the login form.
- Follow the prompts and get your new PIN
