NSFAS provided a payment solution for their students named Tenet sometime ago. This service is owned by TeneTech Technologies and it provides municipal payment solutions that help maximize your budget, streamline operations, and process payments safely and securely.
NSFAS Tenet is currently in use by many NSFAS students to receive their monthly payments and for other financial services, but recently, many students claimed to be having login issues and some want to begin using the platform but cannot even register. This article will address all issues on this.

How to Register for NSFAS Tenet
To register for NSFAS Tenet, visit www.tenetnsfas.co.za and click “sign up”, input your ID number to verify your identity, then follow the prompts you are given. After registering, you can request to download the company’s app and you will receive a download code via SMS that will allow you to safely download the app into your phone.
How to Login to NSFAS Tenet
Afer registering on the platform, its quite easy to login. follow these steps to log in:
- Visit www.tenetnsfas.co.za
- Click the “Log in” button
- Input your phone number and password and click the “let’s Go” button
You can also follow these steps if you are logging into the mobile app. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the link below the login form that says “reset it here”.
